As the SAP Business One client, you require the Remote Access for SAP Business One Client and the Server to run the operation from outside the office. Microsoft RDP service is not a good service whereas considering the security aspects. When enabling the RDP Port and service opens to the public, it enables the intruder to gain access to the network and workstation.

To set up the Citrix Terminal Service is also required additional licenses to deploy the remote access service. This license cost is also unbearable and it is not an affordable solution.

2nd You can set up Chrome Remote Desktop through Chrome Web Browser by using that individual G Suite User in the SAP Workstations. 

3rd By using any remote device with the address bar in the browser, type remotedesktop.google.com/access to access the workstation and SAP Client.
